Laser Facts

Treatment of foot problems with lasers. The treatment of foot problems with lasers is not a laser light show! The laser is simply another modality that vaporizes soft tissue (It doesn't work on bone).
|

The laser doesn't burn tissue. When the laser strikes the tissue, it turns the water in the cells to steam (vaporization). The laser doesn't burn tissue, so the surrounding areas are not adversely affected.
