X-RAYS

 Foot X-rays

  • Each foot has 26 bones —and both feet comprise 25% of all the bones in your body.

  • Considering we walk over 100,000 miles in a lifetime, it’s no surprise that a bone problem can occur in the foot.

  • We are able to take x-rays of your feet in our office.

  • Rather than your having to be sent to an  X-ray facility, we can take x-rays right at the time of your visit.

  • Also because we have a state-of-the-art digital x-ray system, we can immediately show them you and explain the results.

  •  If your doctor were to send you to get foot x-rays, then several days later your doctor would receive a report, but often the patient doesn’t actually see the x-ray.

  • Many of our patients like to take a picture of their x-rays with their phone so that they can have them for a reference or to show their family physician.
